The road to Alpe d'Huez

As part of our June 2016 pilgrimage in the Alps, we will tell you the tale of Greg’s adventures on the most famous mountain of the Tour de France : Alpe d’Huez. The first part is about 1984 to 1986. The second part is just about 1989 while the final part contains 1990 to 1991, the last year Greg LeMond climbed Alpe d'Huez in a professional cycling race.

In the 13th stage of the Tour de France 1991 Greg LeMond lost 7 minutes. The first time this happened to him in his race. We tell you all about this moving story.
Heaven in the North

In 1992 a very strong Greg LeMond helped his teammate Gilbert Duclos-Lassalle to win his first Paris-Roubaix. The Z team was ruling the race. For one day the hell of the North became heaven.
